Delivery

Since all catapults are make-to-order, you can expect a lead time of approximately 2–4 weeks before your order is fulfilled and shipped, depending on the queue. Orders fulfilled before 5pm will be shipped the next working day tracked and signed. Domestic (UK) orders usually take 3–5 working days to deliver; international orders may take up to 14 days. Returns

In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your goods, you must return them to us in an unused and unsoiled condition, complete with their original packaging, within 14 days of receipt. If either the goods or the packaging are not in a re-saleable state, then we may decline your refund request.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment and an email will be sent confirming when this has been done. Please help us to deal with your return quickly by providing us with the following information: (1) your reason for requesting a refund or exchange and (2) which you'd prefer (i.e., a refund or like-kind exchange). Refunds are normally processed within 7 days but can take up to 14 days in busy periods. It is your responsibility to return the original item to us (we do not offer free returns), and you are responsible for any item(s) until they have been received by ourselves. Exchanges may take another 2–4 weeks of lead time before being fulfilled and shipped, depending on how busy the period is. Finally, we reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges in instances wherein refund or exchange requests are not clearly justified.
